1.  C H E C K - O U T

At CA Jewels, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Once you check out, your order will be automatically saved and reserved in our system. For transactions that are not on a cash-on-delivery basis, we kindly ask that you complete your payment within 24 to 48 hours after check-out to maintain your order reservation. Please note that if payment is not received within this timeframe, CA Jewels reserves the right to cancel any orders that remain unpaid. We understand that sometimes delays may occur, and in such cases, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible. Should you need extra time to finalize your payment, please send us a message via Facebook Page (CA Jewels) or Instagram (@cajewelsmnl) on when you will be able to settle the payment and reason for delay.

If you inadvertently make a payment for your order after the 48-hour time frame without prior notice, and that order has already been canceled, you are advised to contact CA Jewels for assistance with reordering. In the event that the items are no longer available and are out of stock, you will receive a full refund of your payment. To ensure a smooth reordering process, it is crucial for you to reach out promptly, allowing CA Jewels to address your needs effectively.

2.  O R D E R   T R A C K I N G

We recommend you to actively monitor the status of your package once an order is placed. After the shipment of the order, a tracking number along with a link will be provided, allowing you to conveniently track your package's journey. Typically, orders are dispatched within a timeframe of 1 to 3 days following confirmation of payment. By utilizing the tracking information, you can stay informed about the whereabouts of your package’s delivery and anticipate its arrival.

Once the package has been shipped through our partner couriers (LBC, J&T Express & Lalamove), CA Jewels must not be held liable for any delays that may occur during transit. While we make every effort to ensure timely dispatch of your orders, transportation issues are sometimes beyond our control. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible.

3.  C A N C E L L A T I O N

Once your package is shipped, cancellations are strictly prohibited. Therefore, it is vital that you ensure your commitment before confirming an order. Payment must be settled promptly following order confirmation to avoid any issues. We encourage you to only place orders when you are certain of your purchase.

Additionally, it is important to note that refusal of orders upon delivery, particularly for cash-on-delivery transactions, will not be tolerated. Customers who deny payment or choose not to accept their delivery will no longer be accommodated in future transactions. 4.  R E T U R N S   &   E X C H A N G E

CA Jewels only allow exchanges, no returns or refunds will be accepted once the order has been paid for.

We understand that sometimes, exchanges may be necessary. Therefore, we allow exchanges under specific circumstances. If you wish to exchange an item, please be aware of the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind or Wrong Size: Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges for items returned due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection. We strongly recommend that you refer to our comprehensive size guide available under each product description before placing your order. Additionally, we encourage you to measure yourself accurately to ensure the best fit.

  • Wrong or Damaged Items: We conduct thorough quality checks before shipping our products; however, if you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged, we are here to assist you. To qualify for an exchange in such cases, please follow these steps:

    1.      Take a clear photo or video of the item you received.

    2. Send the visual evidence through direct messaging on our Facebook, Instagram or Email (cajewels.business@gmail.com) to be eligible for an exchange.

  • Our team will review the submitted information promptly and guide you through the exchange process.

5.  I N C O R R E C T   D E L I V E R Y   I N F O

At CA Jewels, we prioritize accurate and timely delivery of our products. However, we would like to emphasize that we cannot be held liable for any errors resulting from incorrect inputs of the buyer's details, including but not limited to name, delivery address, contact number, and email address. In the unfortunate event that a parcel is shipped and subsequently delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer, CA Jewels will not assume responsibility for the unsuccessful delivery. It is crucial for customers to carefully review all details during the ordering process to ensure that they are correct.

Should a customer realize that they have input incorrect delivery information after placing their order, we urge immediate notification to our team via Facebook Messenger or email. This will allow us to correct and amend the details before the shipment is processed. Ensuring accurate and precise information is essential for successful delivery, and we are here to assist in making those changes as long as the package has not yet been shipped.

Please note that once a package has been dispatched, we are unable to change any delivery details. We strongly recommend that you take the time to double-check your information before confirming your orders to avoid any inconveniences.

6.  P A R T I A L   P A Y M E N T S

CA Jewels team reserves the right NOT to ship orders that have been partially paid, or that have selected an incorrect shipping fee, regardless of the payment status. It is the responsibility of our valued customers to select the appropriate shipping fee that aligns with their order, address, and chosen mode of payment. By taking this precaution, we aim to avoid any delays or complications in processing and delivering orders.
