1. Shipping Process

For Cash-On-Delivery

• Once order is placed, kindly allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched.

For non-COD transactions

• After placing an order and submitting your proof of payment, a confirmation email will be sent within 24-48 hours together with the SHIP-OUT DATE of your parcel. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched.

We recommend you to actively monitor the status of your package once an order is placed. After the shipment of the order, a tracking number along with a link will be provided, allowing you to conveniently track your package's journey.

***No ship-out on Sundays and Holidays.***

Our trusted couriers are LBC & J&T Express (nationwide shipping) & Lalamove (same-day delivery) to ensure the safe & timely delivery of your orders.

Via JNT (Payment First | NO COD):

• Metro Manila: 79 PHP

• Luzon Areas: 79 PHP

• Visayas & Mindanao: 99 PHP

• Luzon: 2-3 days

• Visayas: 3-7 days

• Mindanao: 4-8 days

Same-Day Delivery from Caloocan via Lalamove (Purchase Service):

• Delivery fee varies depending on location and will be paid by the customer to the rider once items are received

• Estimated time of arrival depends on location (Approx. 30 mins. or more)

*When selecting J&T Express as your courier for your shipment, please be aware that cash on delivery (COD) is not an available payment option for this transaction. If you prefer to choose cash on delivery (COD) for your order, we kindly recommend opting for LBC Express instead. This will ensure you can comfortably make your payment upon delivery.*
