2. How do I know if my order is successfully placed?

• You will receive an order confirmation email containing your order invoice and payment details. This is automatically sent to your emails.

• If you're having trouble locating your confirmation email, we recommend taking a moment to check your junk or spam folder. Sometimes, our emails can inadvertently end up there due to your email provider's filters. If, after checking those folders, you still can't find your confirmation email, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance. You can get a quicker response by sending us a direct message through our FB Page Messenger.

4. Where do I send proof of payment?

Kindly reply to your order confirmation email with your proof of payment OR send it on a separate email with your "ORDER # + Payment Proof" as the subject. We will confirm your payment within 24-48 hours!

You may send your proof of payment as well via FB Page Messenger or IG DM for immediate response.

5. How much is your shipping fee?

Via LBC Express:

• Luzon Areas: 140 PHP

• Visayas & Mindanao: 150 PHP

Via JNT (Payment First | NO COD):

• Metro Manila: 79 PHP

• Visayas & Mindanao: 99 PHP

• Luzon: 2-3 days

• Visayas: 3-7 days

Same-Day Delivery from Caloocan via Lalamove (Purchase Service):

• Delivery fee varies depending on location and will be paid by the customer to the rider once items are received

• Estimated time of arrival depends on location (Approx. 30 mins. or more)

When selecting J&T Express as your courier for your shipment, please be aware that cash on delivery (COD) is not an available payment option for this transaction. If you prefer to choose cash on delivery (COD) for your order, we kindly recommend opting for LBC Express instead. This will ensure you can comfortably make your payment upon delivery.
